    At STUDIO SEÉ, we are committed to providing every client with a professional, relaxing experience. To ensure appointments run smoothly and fairly for everyone, please take a moment to read our salon policies before booking.

    Appointments

    • Appointments can be booked in advance, and walk-ins are welcome where availability permits.
    • Please note that opening hours may vary and are subject to change.

    Cancellations & Rescheduling

    • We kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
    • Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a charge of 50% of the treatment price.
    • Where applicable, deposits may be transferred to a new appointment at the discretion of STUDIO SEÉ following discussion.

    Late Arrivals

    • Please arrive on time for your appointment and allow extra time for parking.
    • Late arrival may result in your appointment being shortened or, where necessary, cancelled to avoid impacting other clients. In these circumstances, the full treatment fee may still apply, and refunds will not be issued.

    No-Show Policy

    • Clients who fail to attend their appointment without prior notice will be charged 100% of the treatment cost.
    • Repeated no-shows may result in future booking requests being declined.

    Patch Testing

    • Certain treatments, including lash and brow services, require a patch test before your appointment to ensure treatment can be carried out safely.
    • Patch tests must be completed within the required timeframe before treatment. If you are unsure whether your treatment requires a patch test, please contact STUDIO SEÉ before booking.
    • It is the client's responsibility to attend their patch test. Failure to do so may result in your appointment being cancelled, and the applicable cancellation fee may be charged.
    • Patch tests may need to be repeated if there has been a significant gap since your previous treatment, if products have changed, or if there have been changes to your medical history, medications, or allergies.

    Client Suitability

    • Some treatments are subject to consultation. STUDIO SEÉ reserves the right to refuse or discontinue treatment if it is considered unsuitable, unsafe, or unlikely to achieve the desired outcome.
    • Clients must disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies, skin sensitivities, medications, pregnancy, or other information that may affect their treatment.

    Payments

    Payment is due at the time of your appointment.

    We accept:

    • Cash
    • Debit and credit cards

    Refund Policy

    • Due to the nature of the services provided, STUDIO SEÉ does not offer refunds on completed treatments.
    • If you have any concerns regarding your treatment, please contact STUDIO SEÉ within 24 hours of your appointment.
    • Where an issue is determined to be the result of practitioner error, an appropriate corrective appointment will be offered. This does not include changes of mind, natural results, healing variations, lifestyle factors, or failure to follow aftercare advice.

    Gift Vouchers

    • Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
    • Any expiry date stated on the voucher must be honoured. Lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers cannot be replaced.

    Pricing

    All treatment prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price confirmed at the time of booking will be honoured unless additional services are requested during your appointment.

    Guests & Children

    To maintain a calm, safe, and relaxing environment, we kindly ask that clients attend appointments alone wherever possible.

    Photography

    • Photographs may be taken before, during, or after your treatment for client records and portfolio purposes.
    • Permission will always be requested before any images are shared on our website or social media channels.

    Personal Belongings

    Clients are responsible for their own personal belongings. STUDIO SEÉ cannot accept responsibility for lost, damaged, or stolen items.

    Right to Refuse Service

    STUDIO SEÉ reserves the right to refuse or discontinue treatment where it is considered unsafe, inappropriate, or not in the best interests of the client or practitioner.

    Policy Updates

    STUDIO SEÉ reserves the right to update or amend these policies at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website and will apply to future bookings.
